how much B12 to Semaglutide in what I received

I would love to know who to ask the question about % of B12, and also syringes say 20 to 100, and I wish to take the min, should i take to 50 ? I received 1 ML , I wish you had instructions to follow, I just call Belmar but they are closed already.
