Not good I have added pounds and been hungry! Not sure if this is what is supposed to happen?

Sorry to hear, but understand. The hunger pangs are real on days 5 and 6 for me, but manageable so far. I am completing my 4th week on Friday and am down 12 lbs. My goto for when hunger hits is a big slug of water, or a protein bar if it gets to bad. :-) I am going to add walking, stationary bike and lite Tai Chi this weekend. Hang in there. You got this.

Just started week 9. And the weight loss is real! I'm down 22 lbs. Honestly a little slower then I hoped but still, I'm pleased with the progress. Tips. Eat slow, smaller portions. Especially the first week or two. I personally ate normally my first day (which means I ate too much) and had horrible stomach cramps all night. Lesson Learned! Another side affect - GURD - when you eat too much - or more specifically - eat the wrong thing. This will be trial and error I expect, for each of us, but no more bacon cheese burgers for me. LOL Please note. These are my personal experiences and may not be yours, but I would love to hear how everyone else is fairing.
