How to cancel subscription
Would like to cancel my subscription. How to do that?

I haven’t even started and want to cancel the subscription. Difficult to navigate app. Slow response time for customer service.

Just call them 1 323 690 1564 I’m new also and agree they don’t share much information but I get immediate response with this number

Customer service is absolutely awful. They just hang up, transfer, or pretend they dont hear you. I am reporting this as fraud. Also they took triple amount from my cc and I cant even speak to anyone to resolve it. So angry!

Hard to cancel I have called and on hold for my 3rd time just was charged again and I am on hold to talk to the care team to get a refund. They are making it difficult to cancel

This place is a scam ! It’s like calling a 3rd world country . When you first order , it’s easy . After that it’s impossible to get ahold of customer service person ! I’ve been charged and never recvd my shots . I can’t get ahold of anyone , to cancel for a refund ! I will be reporting them to BBB. Which I now see a lot of people have done the same .
